We do have exterior security cameras on-site (all only facing the driveway and front and back door)
No extra guests are allowed unless you notify the host prior to their arrival. This will result in an immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund.
We run on septic. Please only flush toilet paper with human waste and nothing else. If the septic clogs during your stay, a fee will be assessed to have a plumber come and make repairs if it's determined there were other items flushed.
This is a no shoes cabin. All shoes must be taken off at entry.
No smoking or vaping in the cabin or on the outdoor deck at all. If you need to smoke or vape, you may do so in the driveway. Please ensure that you safely dispose of any cigarette butts.
No pets of any kind.
No excessive guests.
No mailing packages to the home.
Please respect the community. Noise level must be minimal after 10 pm. Violation of the noise/party rule will result in the police being called, termination of your reservation, and the security deposit retained. We must respect the peace of the community and be good neighbors! Thank you.
